Keep On A Rockin Me Baby

I rock. I really do. You see I know this because not one, but TWO of my favorite girlie bloggers say so! I even get a banner! Here is what these two lovely ladies (although I might be using that term loosely....) have to say about moi.

From Desert Songbird - Starrlight is wonderfully quirky, slightly wicked, and always entertaining. Supremely knowledgeable about music, her posts are like an invitation to a party. A single mom, I suspect her daughter has inherited Starr’s rapier wit and savvy.

And From Belle - Starr is another awesome girl blogger. I feel so fortunate to have come across. She and I share so much in common we have a running joke that we were separated at birth. And indeed, we could be sisters! We have mommyhood in common, as well as most musical and movie preferences as well. And she is moving closer to me in a few years! Get ready, mama! I will be visiting you often, as I escape Alabama anytime I have the chance!

You called it Desert, The Kidlet is rather zippy like me. I am secretly afraid! And Belle, we better start saving up bail money, hun, cause we will need it :P

As you can see, I officially rock. Don't argue with these women, Desert Songbird is an Aquarius too, and we are skilled in the ways of ninja mind meld. She could melt your cerebellum cyberly! Belle did roller derby, which aside from being ridiculously cool, means she could kick your ass. So glad I have them both on MY side!

It totally goes without saying that had they not given me this I would SO be giving it to them both. It is my turn now to name 10 Girl Bloggers *I* think rock:

Buttercup - The girl just got back from India and did the greatest write up of her time. I highly recommend you check her out.

Oh, The Joy - I want to be her when I grow up! Rooster Girl and The Mayor are lucky to have such a funny and kind woman for a mother. Just don't talk about Park Ranger Uniforms too loudly, mmk?


Echos of A Dream - Love this girl. Her once and former mechanic didn't sound half bad either.


Miss Frou Frou - I Love her posts. She has a quirky sense of humor and her Thursday Thirteens are a favorite and early stop for me. And how can I not love a girl who when asked for a word association for "riding" gave "crop" as an answer?


Thinker - The girl is freaky young to be this freaky good at writing. She is getting ready for college, while battling SAT's, insomnia, and an obsession with her iPod.


Kyra over at The 108th - People, this woman just had a baby and she is STILL on top of her meme's. I bow to her! 4 kids, 1 Dean, and the finest foul mouthed blog it has been my privilege to read TOTALLY put her on the list


Allie D over at Memoirs of a Gouda She is the Head Cheese, people. From ruminations on The Dreaded "C" word, to what friendship means in this day and age.


The Rock Chick - This was a no brainer. She is funny and has the best use of a Queen quote as it pertains to Paris Hilton!


NoMas - She is so laid back! Go read about how she gave up the urban rumble for farm life.


Jenny Haha - She is hysterical. It makes no matter if she is talking wolf crotch or shaved animals.
