Wow I am so happy to know there are so many other people out there who find Tom Cruise disturbing and have prior to the Oprah moment. Altough that did provide us with a different perspective on the "O Face" didn't it?

It's lists like this that make me glad I enjoy stuff that most other folks in North America...have not heard of.

Though - remember the early Victoria's Secret ads for Ipex bras? The ones with the dramatic crescendoing music in the background? That was from the soundtrack to Gladiator. (That didn't ruin it for me...but it did creep me right out the door and down the block.)

I love music, and I would rather have a sad memory associated with a song (e.g., my parents and our rocky relationship connected with U2's "Sometimes You Can't Make it On Your Own") rather than some damnable ex-whatever ruin a perfectly good song for me.
